Extended Stay America Suites- Los Angeles - Ontario Airport

Had a family emergency which led me to be here a few months now. It has been a pleasant and welcoming experience ever since. Molly (front staff associate) has made my stay top tier. Always willing to go above & beyond to make my stay that much more enjoyable. She is definitely awesome at her job seeming to me it’s more like something she enjoys doing thank you Molly for all your hospitality.

Clean, comfortable rooms and wonderful service. Amber (at the front desk) is amazing. She is so kind, caring, and accommodating. She is always happy to help, cares about her guests, and is passionate about her job. She, and her staff, make you feel welcome and at home while your here. The quality of service they provide, as well as the quality of the rooms made my stay here easy and enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Amber, and the rest of the staff here, for going above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable

I had an extended stay at this hotel. The Assistant Manager Amber is 2nd to none. If the hotel industry had a Hall of Fame, Assistant Manager Amber would have her own wing, statue, and probably a small gift shop. From the moment I arrived, Amber operated at a level that can only be described as legendary. Every interaction I had with Amber was professional, warm, and delivered with the kind of confidence that makes you instantly trust you’re in capable hands. Amber handled everything with such speed, grace, and competence that it felt like watching a master class in hospitality. What truly sets Amber apart is that she doesn’t treat guests like room numbers—she treats them and their pets like VIP’s. She listened, she cared, and she followed through every single time. The hotel itself was great, but Amber is the reason I will return and recommend this place to my friends. If management is reading this: protect Amber at all costs. Promote her, clone her, give her a raise—do whatever it takes, because she is the gold standard of what an assistant manager (and frankly, any leader) should be. Thank you, Amber, for turning a good stay into an unforgettable one.

Customer service was top tier! I checked in with Joe and he was extremely helpful and made sure me and my kids were comfortable for Christmas! I can’t say enough good things about him. Upon check in room was clean no bugs and no complaints. I appreciate the great service!

Isaiah at The front desk was amazing! There was an issue with booking.com and my prepaid reservation did not show up in the property’s system and Isaiah contacted booking.com multiple times to resolve the issue and booking.com repeatedly failed on their end and ultimately I had to rebook through a different platform/app. Isaiah kept his vibes elevated throughout the 1 1/2 hr process and got me taken care of. Very professional and an outstanding communicator. He is the ideal representative for any business and knows how to handle situations in the most professional and efficient manner. We had a very stress-free stay at Extended Stay America Suites – Los Angeles – Ontario Airport. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The room was clean, spacious, and well set up for a longer stay, with everything we needed readily available. It felt practical and comfortable at the same time. Nothing felt rushed or chaotic, which we really appreciated. It was exactly the kind of stay we were hoping for. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and any questions we had were answered clearly. It was nice dealing with people who were courteous and efficient without overcomplicating anything. The hotel itself was quiet and well-maintained, which added to the overall stress-free experience. Everything felt organized and straightforward. We never felt inconvenienced during our stay. That made a big difference for us. The pool was a great bonus and added to the relaxing experience. It was clean, well kept, and a nice way to unwind after a long day. The location near the Ontario Airport is very convenient, especially for travelers. There are also nearby places to eat and shop, which made things even easier. Overall, this hotel delivered a comfortable, easy, and stress-free stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and relaxing place to stay.

I had a stay reserved for Valentine's weekend but was unable to check in due to my flight being canceled, I also attempted to cancel my reservation but couldn't be due to no service. I noticed I had gotten a firs night charge due to me being a no show, so as a last resort I called the hotel, Where an employee by the name Amber answered, Amber was such a great help she was willing to hear out my situation and offered me a refund and I truly appreciate her for having great customer service and willing to listen to the issue at hand. Thank you so much Amberrr!
